The Part Can Never Be Well Unless the
Whole is Well
"My sessions with Anne have been extremely effective in addressing the debilitating symptoms of my autoimmune disease, (MS). Her treatments help to decrease my dizziness and have a tremendous calming and quieting effect."

The richness of life lies in connections. I know I am achieving optimal wellness when I am connected to my emotional health, physical being, and community. For as long as I can remember, I have been deeply affected by my environment and have sought support and healing in my connections with the natural world and those around me. After experiencing three major head traumas by the age of 20, and the eventual diagnosis of two chronic illnesses decades later, I discovered profound healing in Craniosacral Therapy, and knew I had found my calling at the same time.
In the early nineties, when a Chronic Fatigue diagnosis forced me to leave my career in the food and wine industry in New York, I turned to natural healing and became a Registered Polarity Practitioner. This work led me to the study of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with Franklyn Sills, Prenatal and Birth Therapy with Dr. Ray Castellino, and Somatic Experiencing with Dr. P. Levine and Dr. D. Poole. I have had the privilege of assisting in Craniosacral and Pre-Natal and Birth Therapy Training in the US and Canada, and seek continuing education and training to support my practice whenever possible.
As a Registered Craniosacral Therapist (RCST®) with the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America, I use my hands to listen to the body’s subtle rhythms. My work enhances the body’s ability to self-heal and self-regulate. I utilize a whole-person approach to healing, acknowledging the interconnectedness of the mind and body and the power of the human spirit. My greatest offering is in connecting people with resources that promote healing, inspire growth, and nurture lasting wellness.
My journey is supported by the beauty of the natural world and meaningful relationships with clients and friends seeking support on their individual paths to optimal health. As I continue on my own healing path, I find that my ability to listen — not just with my ears, but with my hands, heart and, soul — is indeed my most precious gift.
When I am not helping to facilitate healing in others, I can be found exploring the beauty of the high desert here in Bend — walking, skiing, and hiking with my husband, Nick, and our beloved Papillon, Henri. I am an avid reader and always have an ambitious stack of books close by. As a lifelong learner, I love podcasts and seek out continuing education and professional development often. A dedicated yogi, I also practice meditation and am a student of Buddhist philosophy.
Connecting with new friends and health professionals is one of my favorite things. I look forward to connecting you with optimal wellness.
